AAP victory in Delhi is a wake up call for CPIM says B.Unnikrishnan.

Well known filmmaker B.Unnikrishnan has said that the resounding victory of Aam Aadmi Party in the elections held at Delhi should serve as a wake up call for the CPIM led Left Front. In his facebook post Unnikrishnan poses a question to CPIM.He takes an indirect dig at the  Prime Minister saying that those who roamed around in custom made suits with their own name printed in it have been shown their place by the voters. Personal charisma has been overlooked by the Delhi people in favour of those who promised a better life for them.
 
The victory of AAP should make the leadership of CPIM to sit up and take notice. The  distance between ideology and action should be bridged. He believes  that AAP occupied the space that should have been rightfully that of Left's. According to him there is not much difference between a broom and a sickle and hammer.He concludes the post by exhorting the party  to wake up from lethargy and work towards eliminating all pervading corruption prevailing in our society.He hopes that victory of AAP will  provide the much needed spark for a Left revival
