Aashiq Abu gets a mouthful from women right's activists.

Well known director Aashiq Abu who made a severely critical verbal assault on those media persons who dragged his and other's name into the infamous cocaine scandal, is now at the receiving end of woman's right activists for his alleged anti women comments. The main criticism is regarding the use of the word prostitute by Aashiq in his post.  
 
Journalist Anupama Venkitesh condemned his use of the word prostitute telling him that it reflected his mindset and it is not in keeping with his image as a man with a progressive mindset.   Social media activist Maya Levels opined that prostitution is not cheating by any yardstick. Nobody traps anyone to make use of a prostitute. She says that it was highly regressive for Aashiq Abu to equate third rate media persons with a prostitute who makes use of her body to make a leaving. She also adds that prostitutes are better off than men with selfish vested interest.
